The Juliana on Lake George offers housekeeping units with full
kitchens, efficiency units with kitchenettes and pool or lakeside standard rooms. Each of our units provide comfortable
vacation amenities such as cable TV with HBO, air conditioning,
heat and comfortable furnishings. Kitchen units all include
coffee makers.
Terms and Conditions
Some of our units can accommodate up to six persons depending on
the room. Additional occupants are $20 per day
or $120/week.
Check-in time is between 3:00pm and 9:00pm (no early arrivals
please, so that we may properly prepare your room). Check-out
time is 10:00am. Late check outs will be charged $25 per each
half hour beyond 10:00am.

NO DAILY MAID SERVICE ON WEEKLY housekeeping rentals. Clean
towels are available in weekly housekeeping units on, Saturday,
Tuesday and Thursday. If Daily maid service is requested in the
weekly housekeeping rentals an additional fee of $115/week will
be added + tax.
We do not provide beach or pool towels, please bring your own.
Please do not remove the bath towels from your room.
* Sorry, but we do not accept pets.

Motel Efficiency and Motel Room
rates are priced for 2 persons. Efficiency Suite and
Housekeeping Suite rates are priced for 4 persons.
Additional occupants are
$20 per day or $120/week.
What To Bring to The
Juliana:
Beach and pool towels (towels we provide are not to
leave the room), extra garbage bags (for
housekeeping units only), DVD movies for a rainy
day, paper towels, coffee and coffee filters, a
hair dryer and toiletries. Please, no
skateboards scooters, roller blades or bicycles.
We Provide:
Linens and towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and
propane tanks for units with gas grills (Units 1, 2,
3, 4, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 20, 25, 26, 30). Kitchens
include pots and pans, utensils, toaster, and coffee
maker.
Docking:
We have limited dock space available for our guests
with boats, and arrangements for dock use must be
made in advance of your arrival. The rate is $25 per
night. We do not have facilities for launching and
trailer storage. You must make these arrangements
with a nearby marina. If you plan on renting a
boat, you still must pay and make advance
arrangements for the use of our dock.
Deposits:
A Deposit is required on all reservations.
The required deposit amount for daily rentals is
equal to 50% of the total room charges, including 7%
state sales tax and 4% Warren County Occupancy Tax.
We require a $400 deposit (per week/per unit) for
weekly rentals.
Please make the funds
out to The Juliana and mail it to P.O. Box 63
Diamond Point, NY 12824, make sure to include
your email and some contact info, we will send you a
email confirmation once we receive your deposit.
Deposits must be
received within 10 days of the booking date,
or the reservation will be cancelled.
Once deposit is received you will be sent an email
confirmation
Personal checks or money order are accepted for
deposits only. Balance due is to be paid at
check-in. We accept cash, travelers' checks, money
orders, Master Card, Visa and most debit cards (no
personal checks, please). We do not accept American
Express or Discover cards.
Cancellation and
Refund Policy:
Your reservation is a commitment to stay for the
duration of the reservation . Any reduction in
the length of stay will not reduce the amount
charged. If you do not show, or arrive
after 10:00 P.M. on the arrival date, it will be
considered a cancellation of the entire reservation
unless advanced notification is received. ALL
CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $75 SERVICE CHARGE, PER UNIT / PER WEEK / PER FAMILY REGARDLESS OF NOTICE.
NO EARLY
DEPARTURE POLICY
Deposit (less $75 service charge) will be refunded
if cancellation is made at least 6 weeks prior to
the arrival date. For cancellations within 6 weeks
of the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited.
