Our Policies

Motel Efficiency and Motel Room rates are priced for 2 persons. Efficiency Suite and Housekeeping Suite rates are priced for 4 persons. Additional occupants are $25 per day.

In-Season nightly reservations may be subject to a 20-25% surcharge.

Please Note: Outdoor Heated Pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.

What To Bring to The Juliana

Beach and pool towels (in-room towels are for indoor use only), paper towels, coffee and coffee filters, and toiletries. Please no skateboards scooters, roller blades, or bicycles.

We Provide

Free basicWi-Fi, linens and towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and propane tanks for gas grills, all kitchens & kitchenettes come equipped with pots and pans, utensils, toaster, microwave, tea pot, and coffee maker.

Visitors and Pet Policies

The Juliana Resort is private and the accommodations and facilities are intended for use by our guests only. If your relatives or friends plan to visit with you, please ask them to do so at a public area, beach, amusement park, restaurant, etc. but not at The Juliana Resort!

In Order to ensure the comfort and safety of all out guest, pets are not permitted on the premises.

Parking

Vehicle parking is limited. Most parking allows one or two vehicles in front of the unit only. Depending on your needs please try to limit the number of vehicles that you bring. You are not allowed to park in any spaces other than the one(s) assigned to your unit or you will be asked to move immediately.

Docking

We have limited dock space available for our guests with boats, and arrangements for dock use must be made in advance of your arrival. The rate is $100 per/night. We do not have facilities for launching and trailer storage. You must make these arrangements with a nearby marina. If you plan on renting a boat, you still must pay and make advance arrangements for the use of our dock.

Deposits

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

A 50% deposit of the total reservation charges, including applicable taxes, is required at the time of booking.

For guests participating in our annual legacy rebooking program, the required deposit is $600 per week, per unit, or $800 per week, per unit for designated side-by-side units.

Private Four-Bedroom Home Rental: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date, or on an earlier date if specified in the reservation agreement. For reservations made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

Personal checks or money orders are accepted for deposits only. The remaining balance is due at check-in. We accept cash, travelers’ checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, and most debit cards. Personal checks are not accepted for final payment.

No Early Departure Policy

Your reservation is a commitment to stay for the duration of the reservation. Any reduction in the length of stay will not reduce the amount charged. If you do not show, or arrive after 9:00 P.M. on the arrival date, it will be considered a cancellation of the entire reservation unless advanced notification is received. All cancellations are subject to a $95 service charge, per unit / per week / per family regardless of notice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Weekly Cancellation Policy: Deposit (less $95 service charge) will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. For cancellations within 8 weeks of the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited in full.

Nightly Cancellation Policy: Deposit (less $95 service charge) will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. For cancellations within 2 weeks of the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited in full.

Private Four-Bedroom Home Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 8 weeks prior to the arrival date will receive a refund of payments made, less a $500 non-refundable service charge. For cancellations made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, all payments made toward the reservation are non-refundable and will be forfeited in full.
