Motel Efficiency and Motel Room rates are priced for 2 persons. Efficiency Suite and Housekeeping Suite rates are priced for 4 persons. Additional occupants are $25 per day. Weekly rentals run from Saturday through Saturday in July & August!
One night reservations may be subject to 15% surcharge.
Beach and pool towels (towels we provide are not to leave the room), extra garbage bags (for housekeeping units only), paper towels, coffee and coffee filters, a hair dryer and toiletries. Please, no skateboards scooters, roller blades or bicycles.
FREE Wifi, Linens and towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and propane tanks for units that have gas grills which are the following units: (Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 20, 25, 26, 30). All kitchens & kitchenettes include pots and pans, utensils, toaster, microwave and coffee maker.
The Juliana is private and the accommodations and facilities are intended for use by our guests only. If your relatives or friends plan to visit with you, Please ask them to do so at a public area, beach, amusement park, restaurant, etc. but not at The Juliana!
Vehicle parking is limited. Most parking allows one or two vehicles in front of the unit only. Depending on your needs please try to limit the number of vehicles that you bring. You are not allowed to park in any spaces other than the one(s) assigned to your unit or you will be asked to move immediately.
We have limited dock space available for our guests with boats, and arrangements for dock use must be made in advance of your arrival. The rate is $25 per night. We do not have facilities for launching and trailer storage. You must make these arrangements with a nearby marina. If you plan on renting a boat, you still must pay and make advance arrangements for the use of our dock.
A Deposit is required on all reservations. The required deposit amount for daily rentals is equal to 50% of the total room charges, including 7% state sales tax and 4% Warren County Occupancy Tax. We require a $600 deposit (per week/per unit) for weekly rentals.
Please make the funds out to The Juliana and mail it to P.O. Box 63 Diamond Point, NY 12824, make sure to include your email and some contact info, we will send you a email confirmation once we receive your deposit.
Deposits must be received within 7 days of the booking date, or the reservation will be cancelled. Once deposit is received you will be sent an email confirmation
Personal checks or money order are accepted for deposits only. Balance due is to be paid at check-in. We accept cash, travelers’ checks, money orders, Master Card, Visa and most debit cards (no personal checks, please). We do not accept American Express or Discover cards.
Your reservation is a commitment to stay for the duration of the reservation . Any reduction in the length of stay will not reduce the amount charged. If you do not show, or arrive after 10:00 P.M. on the arrival date, it will be considered a cancellation of the entire reservation unless advanced notification is received. ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $95 SERVICE CHARGE, PER UNIT / PER WEEK / PER FAMILY REGARDLESS OF NOTICE.
Deposit (less $95 service charge) will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. For cancellations within 8 weeks of the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited.
